Fruit Smoothie

(dairy-free/gluten-free/vegan)

Makes 1 serving / Prep time: 2 minutes / Skill level: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Detox FX/Essential FX
  • 1 cup berries (blueberries or blackberries)
  • 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • (You can add vanilla to taste if you want)
  • A few drops of liquid stevia (to your taste – for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Mocha Smoothie

(dairy-free/gluten-free/vegan)

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Detox FX/Essential FX
  • 1 tsp instant decaf coffee (for flavour)
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder (for flavour)

Instructions:

  • juice of half a lemon (for flavour)

Yates Healthy TipsIf you followed the directions in this recipe, or any other, and it still doesn’t taste right, try to determine what you could add a little more of to improve the flavour, sweetness, bulk or texture and then blend it again. One little tweak can really make the difference in a delicious smoothie!
